All ABOUT INSURANCE!
- Our greatest fear is whether full insurance really covers all damages. Does the insurance that you provide us cover all damages?
- You have nothing to be afraid of. Our contract clearly indicates that full insurance covers all damages without any exception. You don’t pay anything even if you cause the accident.
- What happens, if somebody crashes or scratches my car where I have parked it?
- You pay nothing. Our full insurance covers all damages with no excess on your side.
- What happens if a stone, broken tree or branch causes damages on my car?
-Again you pay nothing. Our full insurance covers all damages with no excess on your side.
-What happens if any other natural forces cause damages on my car?
- You are totally covered and you don’t need to worry. Our insurance covers you totally.
-What happens if I hit an animal and damages are caused on the car?
-You do not pay anything. Full insurance covers all damages with no excess.
EXTRA INSURANCES! (GLASSES, THEFT, FIRE)
- What happens if I accidentally break a mirror or if somebody else breaks the mirror of my car?
- In no case you pay anything. You are covered by the special broken glasses’ insurance.
- What happens if somebody steals the car (unlikely to happen in Crete though!)?
- Of course you have theft insurance and you don’t need to worry at all.
-What happens if somebody breaks into my car and steals the radio, CD-player or any other parts of the car?
- You are not responsible at all and you don’t pay anything.
- Do I need to pay anything if my car catches on fire by any means?
-Of course not! You are not charged at all.
AT THE AIRPORT!
- How do we find you at the airport?
- It won’t be difficult at all! One of our colleagues will be waiting for you in the departures’ hall holding a sign with your name and our name on it! We of course provide you with any help you may need (luggage, route).
- Where should we leave the car at the airport when we finish?
- We provide you with an airport-plan, which shows exactly where to leave the car and to whom you hand the key. You don’t have to pay any parking fees!
IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT!
-What should we do in the event of an accident?
- In case you have an accident, first call us (we have already given you our phone and mobile numbers) and we do the rest: we notify the police and we arrange for road assistance (if necessary). If the accident has occurred near our offices, we come in person. If you happen to have a camera with you, it would be useful to take as many photos as you can.
- In case of an accident do we pay for any damage?
- No! You pay nothing regardless whose fault it is. Full insurance covers all damages. The only thing you need to do is to write out an accident report describing how the accident occurred. We will take a photo copy your driving license. That's all!
IN CASE OF A BREAKDOWN!
- What should we do in case of a breakdown?
- Our cars are new and well-maintained, so it is unlikely that they will break down. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, just call us and we' ll arrange prompt road-side assistance.
- In case of a breakdown will the vehicle bereplaced?
- The vehiclewill beimmediately replaced, if it cannot be immediately repaired!
WAYS OF PAYMENT!
-Is it possible to hire a car, when I don’t own a credit card?
-Yes, it is. In case you don’t own a credit card, just contact us directly via e-mail:voyager@rethymno.net or by phone (+30 28310 56488 or +30 28310 72651).
- Must I pay the entire amount by credit card?
- If you book through our web-page, you pay only the 20% deposit by credit card and the rest by cash at the airport, if this suits you.
FREE KM!
-How many kilometres am I allowed to drive per day and what is the extra cost per km?
- You can drive as many kilometres as you want! There is no limitation and of course no extra charge! You have unlimited kilometres!
TAXES!
-Are taxes included in the prices?
-Yes, all local taxes are included in the prices.
